HOPAC dedicates itself to providing a learning environment that prioritizes the safety and well-being for the entire student body. Safeguarding students happens through safe recruitment practices, our code of conduct, continuous training for all staff, volunteers and students, and through a team of trained staff volunteers to respond to all raised concerns.
As a partner with the Network of International Christian Schools and a member of the Child Safety and Protection Network (CSPN) HOPAC is able to stay up to date on safeguarding best practices and our trained staff members help our school to build upon a firm foundation of safeguarding policies and procedures while responding to any concerns that may arise.
HOPAC staff members and volunteers are responsible to report any suspicion, concern, or report of any child being at risk of harm, regardless of whether the incident was in school or outside of school, within 24 hours to the Safeguarding Team. Students, parents, alumni, or visitors are welcome to use this reporting form. This form may also be used to disclose any historical reports. Please fill out this form to the best of your ability. If you do not know the answer to a question please just leave that section blank.
